Endpoint Performance Review
A structured review of your critical application endpoints — latency, errors, and contention — delivered as a dated findings report with ranked fixes.
Who it is for
Product and engineering leaders who already know something feels off — checkout stalls, search timeouts, or partner APIs that only fail during peak — and need an outside reading of the evidence before committing to a large rewrite.
What you receive
- A scoped list of endpoints under review and the observation windows agreed in writing
- Latency and error findings tied to real traffic patterns where logs allow
- A ranked remediation list: quick stabilisers first, structural work second
- A short walkthrough call to hand findings to the people who will act on them
What is included
Intake workshop (remote), access planning for logs and traces you already operate, controlled observation during agreed windows, written report, and one revision pass after your comments.
What is excluded
We do not rewrite production code, own your on-call rotation, or install a permanent monitoring product. Implementation remains with your team or your usual contractors.
How it runs
- Intake — confirm critical user journeys and the endpoints behind them.
- Access — read-only observation of metrics, logs, and traces you nominate.
- Observation — watch quiet and busy periods; note contention and retries.
- Report — deliver findings with evidence excerpts and ranked actions.
- Handover — walk the report with the owners who will schedule the work.
Duration and location
Most reviews complete in two to three weeks from access readiness. Work is led from Level 10, 72 Clarence Street, Sydney NSW 2000, with remote sessions across Australia and optional on-site days in Sydney by arrangement.
Preparation
Nominate a technical counterpart, list the endpoints that matter to revenue or compliance, and confirm which environments we may observe. Do not grant write access.
Pricing basis
Quoted as a fixed fee against the endpoint count and observation depth. See the rates page for starting figures, then request a review with your scope.
