What we collect
- Contact details you submit (name, email, message, optional engagement interest and scope notes)
- Technical logs ordinary to web hosting (IP address, browser type, pages viewed)
- Engagement materials you provide under a statement of work (credentials for read-only observation are handled under that agreement)
Why we collect it
To respond to inquiries, deliver contracted review work, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations.
Retention
Inquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or dispute. Engagement records follow the retention clause in the statement of work. Hosting logs are typically rotated within 90 days.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles you may request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you. Contact hello@endpoint-pulsebase.digital. You may also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
International transfers
Our primary operations are in Australia. Some email or hosting subprocessors may process data in other countries. Where that occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable privacy protections.
