Assessments

Assessments are how we structure review work. The sequence stays recognisable whether you book the flagship Endpoint Performance Review or a shorter Monitoring Health Check.

The flow

  1. Brief and fit — You describe the journeys that matter and any deadlines. We confirm whether a review (not emergency response) is the right shape.
  2. Scope sheet — We list endpoints, environments, observation windows, and deliverables. You approve before access begins.
  3. Read-only access — Metrics, logs, and traces you nominate. No production write credentials.
  4. Observation — Quiet and busy periods, with notes tied to timestamps and sources.
  5. Findings draft — Ranked actions, evidence excerpts, and open questions.
  6. Revision and handover — One comment pass, then a walkthrough with the owners who will schedule fixes.

What “good” looks like at the end

You leave with a dated document that names endpoints, states what was observed, and separates immediate stabilisers from longer structural work. Your team owns implementation timing.
